Three Digital Llamas takes new work by referral only, and every engagement starts with an appointment rather than an enquiry. That is why there is no form on this page and no address to write to: the introduction carries the details with it.
Why it works this way
Replacing the system a business runs on is not a job you take on volume. It means reading code somebody wrote twenty years ago, sitting with the people who use it every day, and staying on afterwards for as long as the platform lives. There is only so much of that we can do well at once.
So the work comes from the businesses we have already built for, and from the people they talk to. If you have been pointed at this site by a client or a colleague, ask them to make the introduction and we will find a time.
What an appointment looks like
- A conversation. Thirty minutes, at a time that suits. You describe the system and what it is costing you; we ask the awkward questions.
- An honest read. Including “leave it alone” where that is the right answer. We would rather say so than sell a rebuild nobody needs.
- A short discovery. If it is worth doing, we read the code and sit with the people using it.
- A plan with a number. Sequence, cost and risk, written down before any work starts — and yours to take anywhere.
